Pick up a copy of Sammy & Sue Go Green Too! at your local bookstore, library, community group, or online (click on the links on the navigation bar to go to bn.com and amazon.com). Read the book in its entirety.

Talk:
Talk about the book. Download the discussion guide on this website, and begin a dialogue with those around you. Carry your book with you and discuss it in both informal and formal settings. Turn off the television and talk about the book with your family. Or make Sammy & Sue Go Green Too! the topic of discussion while lunching with a co-worker. And attend organized group discussion.

Sharing the experience with other New Yorkers is the most important component of New York Reads Together.

Volunteer at your local school, community group, literacy or senior centers to talk about the book with people outside of your age group and get a different perspective.

Attend a book discussion group or host one of your own. Check the calendar page regularly for new events and reading groups hosted by various organizations and individuals throughout New York City.
