New This Year: Galaxy Awardees to be Recognized at Star Breakfast
This year's Breakfast will be a celebration of our bright future and an opportunity for us to look back at our roots, re-energizing the core elements that makes our association so unique and powerful - the alliance and connection between NYWA and the members of its vast coalition, and the individual relationships among the women in these organizations. Towards that end, we invite our member organizations to recognize individuals who exemplify our theme by nominating a member of your organization to receive a Galaxy Award and be honored at this year's Star Breakfast.
In addition to being seated on the dais, your Awardee will receive a special certificate, a listing in the event journal and a complimentary one year individual membership in NYWA. The Awardee will also be invited to a special celebratory networking event to be held in the first quarter of 2009. This event will allow NYWA members another opportunity to network with each other and with guests and sponsors, to exchange ideas and business cards, and to help each other pursue professional journeys.
